Cheers guys. Really just wanted to originally post a few images up to inspire others to think and realise that there's many parts out there that can always be saved of another dat, and you don't always have to go the large-price nos and/or shiny route straight out the gate.

Sometimes things are too far gone, and on occasion you may realise you've bitten off more than you can chew, but there's plenty out there salvageable with the right tools, vision and effort. Not proclaiming to be any kind of master, or never buy nos myself, but will always consider trying.
