Yeah, the width of the tube is 28mm or just over, so either 28.6 or 31.8 would be suitable, but finding a battered old clamp like that is difficult, just not been able to find anything yet....

Just not sure if i'm doing the right searches in Ebay?

does it have to be the Berratta style clamp you pictured or can you use a tuff neck style one?

Hi mate, as this is a toy shop bike, ideally a vintage looking clamp and not a tuff neck style.  :daumenhoch:
