Repop Dia Compe clamps

Swivel:
I'm thinking of using one of these for a rider but I'm not keen on the white text on top of the clamp. Is it anodised on or painted? I'm hoping the clamp is anodised and the writing is painted so I can remove it. Does anyone know? Ta Matt 👍

Had a silver one and think it's ano. Paint stripper didn't touch it. I said 'bollox' and sanded it off, may be Ovenpride time I'm afraid  :'(.
