its got a flat brake brigde with one hole
,hmm dropouts are a bit chewed up and one looks abit bent slightly
is this easy to repear

When I had my Californian, there was one time when I had the wheels off, and for some dumb reason I stood on the chainstays and did some backhops.
Just messing around while watching the TV or something...
Without thinking or realising, I'd bent out the lower rear dropouts by 90 degrees :-[
I bent them back with a pair of pliers, good as new (well, almost), just a little flaking of the chrome.
So the metal there is quite pliable ;D, and if there is any metal missing due to wheelnuts eating into the dropouts then it can be repaired by a welder.
They would either fill it in, or cut a part out then weld in a new piece of metal and grind it down to blend in. Would need a rechrome to hide the work of course.
