back in the day(1982) i drilled out my hub & replaced it with a large flange gold suntour hub to make it look like i had graphites..... next time i call to my parents i'll get photo's & upload them for you ;D ;D ;D

I wouldn't be removing a hub just to clean behind it.  ??? I removed the bearings and spindles on mine, stuck the wheel in the dishwasher and they came out mint! Bolted on hubs don't look cool, functional but not cool.  :-\
