did anyone ever get their raw street beat chromed?

I mentioned this street beat bike build off to someone the other day.....did it ever happen?

I've not seen a streetbeat chromed but I remember Dave Vanderspeck had the Streetbeat prototype in Chrome with T/A style stickers, red tuffs and blue and red components when he did the UK Curb Dogs tour. It's in BMX Action Bike 10/84. If you want to see I'll get some scans done.
