how do you handlebar grips off without damaging them?

poke a thin screwdriver down between the grip and the bar and spray in wd40

use wd40 for refitting too!

I poke a spare spoke carefully down the grip, lift it a bit and spray WD-40, then PULL.

thanks boys ill give that a whirl, now wheres that wd40 ;)

just done it!!

yup - wd40 to get em off but i use a bit of hairspray to get em back on.
