If its a Pro Raider it should have a serial number as it is Far East made and will be under the BB.

All the pre-serial Hutch's were US made

(But I stand to be corrected

steve measure the top tube raiders are 18.5" racers are 19.5" from center of post to center of headstock

also the welding aren`t as clean
