painting help please

is there any paint that can be used to get a finish like anodising ?
am going gold on my old ride .could buy new stuff or get the old stuff stripped and redone .but not sure on gold powder/paint etc .anyone help me out ?would prefer to paint as i assume the cost would be less than buying new stuffs
if anyone can do gold anno paint for me pm me and ill be in touch 
bits to do are
pedals chainring brake stem levers seat clamp for deffinate and maybe a wheel rim too

anything will do i dont care as long as its gold anno effect .but i want to be able to send them to someone .and let them do the painting as im crap with a can  and would like a perfect /very good finish

they do a range of colours its about  7.99 a tin tho
