fitting 1 1/8 forks on 1 inch head tube frame

Where can i get a headset so I can fit 1 1/8 forks on a 1inch head tube frame? I've seen it done a few times but cant seem to find anywhere that does a headset for the job.

harris:
use the 1" cups and you need to fit loose ball bearings,strip 2 sets out of the race and fit in the cups then afix the rest of the 1 1/8 head set.
