Have you ever seen one of these before ??

I have had this in the bottom af a box for ages now and why i had the camera out decided to take a picture of it. I have never seen one of these before and have no idea how old it is . More to the point is , are they safe ?? I suppose they were for people that didn't have a twin top tube for doing stands on .

i have a set in red somewere ,stand peds for where ever you want them on your bike ,but always moved.
