removing sticky stuff

anyone know a good way of removing the sticky stuff left behind by decals on a chrome frame?

Seriously though, some sort of spirit/thinner would shift it.

acetone (or your mums or missus's nail polish remover  :coolsmiley: )

or petrol or white spirit apply then keep wiping or it will go sticky quickly/
