another frame ID please

just bought this of the bay for a fiver ;)
any ideas what it is????
it has a serial number:CP303I04124

harris:
chain guard lugs give it away mate .pos

theRuler:
chainguard tabs mate!
looks like another "bmx chrome"

it even has a stand mount

this type of frame was cursed with woeful geometry and low strength
