whats the difference 20.1.18 and 20.1.38

A 20 X 1 1/8 Tyre wont fit a 20 x 1 3/8 Rim.

A 20 x 1 1/8 Rim will take both a 20 X 1 1/8 Tyre and a 20 X1 3/8 Tyre though.
