dannyboy:
ive just been told they are fake is this bollox as i dont know how you would tell my green ones look real to me they deffo aint the same as the fake ones ive seen? sorry vertego if this is a load of crap
SaMAlex:
He charged my mate £80 for a set of 900s at epic so I hope they are real.
I thought that real ones had Dia Compe stamped in, under the sticker, and fakes just have a sticker.
dj_benice:
generally find stamps on the backs of caliper arms (not actually stamps usually raised leterrin I think! All mine have been good uns from b ;D
MartyC:
MX1000's should have the DC logo under the DC sticker on the front, on the rear they will be stamped Dia Compe MX1000.
MX900's only have Dia Compe and MX 900 stamped on the rear, I don;t beleive they have the DC logo under the sticker at the front.
Extremely likely that you've been fed a line of BS, Vert-ego's MX's are genuine, I've a set from him and they are right and proper. You can tell the Chang Star and Lee Chi ones a mile off as the quality of the forging (method of making them not forging as in fake!) is poor and the annoidising is not very good quality either.

QUADROPHENIA:
dan they is real mate, so who told you this bollox then
