Kuwahara ID help please

My Bro just won this (I Know better pics would be good!)

Serial no RK 4115339 it does not have a plate for rear brake so i'm thinking not L/Lite, its hard to see but rear dropouts look multi holed-83 ish Survivor? or later Nova?
Any help with Id and if poss spec list :daumenhoch:

Dunno much about Kuwi's, but I'm pretty sure the Nova is a looptail, so not one of those.

Serial doesn't sound like a kuwi, but would defo need a look at the drop outs and brake bridge (that looks to be a tube rather than a plate though).
