getting paint of tuff wheels

<< < (3/3)

selfpreservation:
steep them in water fo a while a good few days then try some nitromors loads of elbow grease , dont forget the gloves goggles and wet and dry, most paint is a plastic , its possible that its bonded to the porous nylon , its not gonna be easy but youll be proud as punch when your done

stoke bloke:
cellulose thinners will get rid of the paint no problem. Pretty sure it won't attack the nylon . Just paint it on with a cheap household paint brush, the ones with the nylon handles as the cellulose will strip the paint of wooden handles.
Do it outside though paul as cellulose stinks and aint to good on the lungs.

Why does paint always come off when you dont want it to, and when you want it off you cant shift it?
