Wheel Building - How Much ?

it costs 27 quid here. per wheel. it's not difficult to do.

Give it a go yourself mate, as someone else said earlier in the thread, it's pretty satisfying, plus it gives you a better idea about how they go together and makes truing, etc of your own sets that bit easier.

Copy another wheel for the ideas, use stidds' thread for advice and keep it real methodical.

You can get a wheel pretty much true and with no egg shape before even going near a truing stand (or using your frame / forks).
