looseball bb question

having probs with my looseball bb can anyone give me a description of how to install it , do the bearing races fit into the bb shell ball side in or ball side out ?

the open side of the balls run on the cones, meaning the cages should be towards the cups on both sides.

It should be just as it is in Biagio's picture.  Can you post a picture of how it looks on your frame?  Silly question, but are the cups pressed all the way into the frame?
