I did read that you use as much cheap bleach (supermarket own brand) and a small about of water as you need to submerge the wheels and leave them for a few days, stirring it every now and then. Grease the hubs up as if they are alloy the bleach will blacken them, don't worry if they are chrome as you can wirewool them. Romblerk should be able to confirm, he's the master of Tuff restoration :daumenhoch:
