how do you put a headset on a threadless fork

dose any one know how to put a headset on a threadless fork please please :)

very similar to old school the last part will be the wedge that gets pushed down to spread in the bearings to hold all tight
its held down by the stem when it gets afixed.

Any idea what sort of headset it is, i.e internal, hidden or normal ?
