they must have been looking after you lot,i ordered a plate, some numbers and a dvd last friday heard nothing since,i've e-mailed them twice,still no look,i've looked into my account on the site it says "order  processing."since the 13th!.

our lass ordered a dvd for me for christmas,she paid extra to get it in time for me to open it christams morning,never arrived,so she e-mailed them,they replied saying the dvd was out of stock,surely for better customer service they should have informed her of the situation,instead of her chasing it up.

i understood it was near christmas and it's busy,but a quick courtesy call/e-mail wouldn't have been too much trouble?

so i'm not happy with alans at the moment.

no problem here  either,but them amcyles in the usa who have the cheap doble pinch flites avoid them bros they suck,i paid them $40 express delivery  3 weeks ago still waiting i have now sent them a nice paypal unrecieved see if the answer me now  ::)

rung alans this morning at 10:30,explained my situation and i was told that they didn't have the plate or the sticky numbers in stock so they have ordered them for me,i should get them next week "sometime"!!


then when i checked my e-mail tonight at work surprise,surprise i had an e-mail reply from alans telling me everything that they told me on the phone,the time the  e-mail was sent 10:48,so it looks like to me that alans had forgotten to reply to my e-mails untill i phoned and reminded them about my order.

so to me alans aren't fecking excellent.{unless i get an unusual amount of freebies for all the fcuking about}
