Sorry guys but can you really read the last 2 pages of this post without laughing, im in tears! you sound like a bunch of old gits!!!!! :laugh: Damn thinking about it we are ::)  Mark/bill gald the gluco helps, i am triple dosing next week, i have just for some stupid reason which aquired  a major bollocking from the missis bought home a honda cr250r motocrosser and entered a race next sunday all in a week! 1st race in 4 years. its all a pain 'my neck went thursday night at work i cant turn it now and it really hurts 'docs monday i suppose 'ive had it for years as bent my spine in 1987 so i get a lot of back problems  :'(  that goes to my neck  :'(
