danny silverstreak:
ive had a few things of old scouse including my little turbolite  :smitten:

he,s a proper fella and wouldnt let anyone down

anyway stu , sod these kids bikes whats your thoughts on bellamy ?

dordymush:
i said before on the other thread about this that i'd have been shocked if stu did'nt sort it as he's always  been a total gent.
not many of the old rad still on here and stu was one of them.
pleased to here it will be sorted one way or the other  :daumenhoch:.

db-oldskool:
Stu is still misunderstanding the situation but at least he apologized.

Andy bought a specific bike correct?
He not only got the wrong bike but it was plated horribly bad.
Stu offered to re-plate,it's not the right bike so re-plating is irrelevant.
He also offers a refund, only after the feedback was removed.

Had Stu said to Andy before he sent him the payment "Look Andy,I don't have bike X after all but I do have bike Z",I doubt Andy would said "Well hell yeah I want that insted".
Even though Stu didn't plate the bike himself he's still responsible for selling the wrong bike, that isn't the actual platers fault. The nasty bad plate job is the platers fault, which Stu should go after for crappy service & damaging his business standing & rightfully so.

With that said, why does Stu still avoid the fact he sold Andy the wrong bike from the get go?
Focusing on the plate job & having it redone if Andy wanted, insted of saying "Sorry Andy, you got the wrong bike & a crappy plate job","I'll sort out the plating issue with the plater & if you don't want that bike insted of what you paid for,I can understand that".
To which Andy would have probably felt better somewhat, now he's rightfully pissed off because Stu appears to not even care he sold the wrong bike on top of the crap plate job & Stu has no clue what was done wrong here.

Stu do you have the correct bike that Andy paid for or not?
Did you intentionally sell him the incorrect bike hoping he'd not notice?
Had the plater done a good job & removed the decals, would you have decalled it up & pretended it was the correct bike?

This smells more fishy than it appears.

OrgasmDonor:
hope all works out mr munster and mr stu dont worry about the neg feedback, chavs buy that stuff and they cant read ;D

muttley:
Guys dont want to be negative or anything but i think we all appreciate what has happened here and that it has been bought to our attention but i really feel that the two parties involved need to try and resolve this in private.

Again not having a pop but i wouldnt want my laundry aired in public........(and you should see my pants  ;))
