Cantilever

....busy building up a Hoffman Flash Pro with a rear cantilever brake - problem is that the cable guides run underneath the top tube but there is no upper cable guide on the frame to the feed the cable to the canti stirrup - anyone now how i can fix this, is there cable hanger or something that i need to keep the stirrup away from the frame?  If so, where can i get one?
