Mongoose Replica Seat Clamp

Hi All,

The seat clamp on my Mongoose Replica seems to be fixed to the seat tube, is it welded on or are a few non technical adjustments with the bigger hammer required! :knuppel2:

Does anyone know?

It has been a year since I bought it and now I go to try and fit a new seatclamp... :knuppel2: I thought it was neglect!!! :uglystupid2:
