raleigh mag 20 please help

i have a raleigh mag 20 not bad condition needs a rear white mag wheel other than that its ok.
but is it worth spending the money on. not really buy ideal bike or would i be better off trading it
do people want this sort of bike . thanks for you help  cheers nick
