Are all aero frames the same in the range

Eg, An ultra frame and a Chrome burner or Pro, both aero (I know the ultra is black coated)??????? whats the difference????

they are built from squashed scaffold tubes and welded with a stick welder
in the dark. by a one armed man. with a broken wrist
