Hutch Frame and Forks
animal:
Looking to buy a race F&F, what models were there, what price am I looking at, what should I look out for so not ripped off? Didn't have much to do with them back in the day so have no idea! What decals should they have to lok correct?

You really want a pro star/racer from the early eighties. No serial number with drilled hutch logo on rear brake bridge or square styled hutch lettering stamped in the rear brake bridge.
These are the sought after ones. The later japanese and taiwanese made ones are cheaper, the welds aren't as good but they ride lovely.
Prices range from about £100 for a later model up to about £300-£400 and above for the early models.
