i have a set of twin pinch flights but the cups and bearing arnt in great shape.
were do i get replacement's from or can i use cups and bearings from other 3 pc BB sets

selfpreservation:
"the bearing shop" in exeter sells the bearings about £4.50 each just phone them and give the number on the bearing
