I've a Mongoose Rupe frame. The toptube is 19,5 " and with a Hutch stem, it goes very well for me. I'm not a giant, but I'm 1 meter 84 altough and it's fit me well.

Or for a  Mid School, the TNT Pro XL were big, beautifull and very durable.

For racing and you want to stay old school legal and still have some of the advantages of mid school then I'd recomend a Haro Pro XL or a Robinson Pro XL.
