Only bikes I remember from very early 80s were Mongoose, Skyway, Puch, Hutch, Torker, Redline, Robinson, raleigh, wilson, Kuwahara, ProStar & Diamondback. Was there one called a Magnum or something? I may have just made that up :crazy2: grey matter playing tricks...

The PK Ripper appeared latter part of 70's I think , it depended really on when you got into BMX also . The TA (83 ?) for instance is a pup compared to the Ripper . I saw the Shiners ads from about 81/82 so that vision of a Ripper came early on .

rippers broke?
mk1 burners fell to bits
seen the build quality where the tubes meet the BB?
KGB Matt:
I would have to say the Burner also. :LolLolLolLol:
It was the bike that made bmx affordable for everyone.
