I was also going to get an old looptail and cut and shut the seat/chain stays so its looptail. But i just couldnt be bothered.

I don`t know why you didn`t just build a new frame from scratch ;D
graeme:
Thanx stuntmaster. I dont think my girlfriend will get this one now, she'll get my ammaco.
I need a straight post for her bike anyhow, cos she's tiny.
Oh, and i did think about building a frame from scratch, maybe one day, but it is easier to cut up a few old bikes and make 1 new one :)

What, to strip the chrome?
They must have a cheaper minimum charge.
Thing is, i used to work there as a bloody plater.
Also worked in brighton as a gold plater. Wish i still did.
I was going to either chrome or gold plate some tuffs for it, satin black with chrome tuffs, now that would be sweet!

lol yeah i was a chrome plater aswell mate and powder coater
bloody left to work in a bike shop ;D
graeme:
yeah, i did some powder coating too. It would al be so much easier if i still worked there.
Never mind. Hopefully the bike will be painted and mostly built by the weekend, exept wheels, pedals and brakes which will be arriving later.
