I was amased to see how expensive the laserlite was in the advert below £475 
My torker was tricked out with skyways, mx 1000's, shimanos, and that only came to £360  (alpine action)
jim wise said he nearly got a redline carrea from radcity bitd and that was £390 ish

so was the laserlite the most expensive ride? was that why there wasnt a lot of them about ?

been saying that for a while  ;)

although there have been some bargains lately, Radmans KZ1 etc

The most expensive ride by far bitd was the Hutch Pro Star, I think the RRP was £1000.
