Zippy:
I have a pair of chrome TA forks and they have some slight cracks in them. Who is the best person to speak to in order to fix these.

Moza:
You want a company that uses TIG welding.

QUADROPHENIA:

zippy speak to fuzzynod, the drop outs will need replacing mate

MartyC:
If no joy with Fuzzynod's mate, let me know and I'll see if my mate can help  :daumenhoch:

Any pics of the affected area's?

Zippy:
I only bought them last night/this morning so I haven't got them yet but i needed a set for my TA XL. To be honest i didn't read the description until after I'd won them but I realsied they are quite rare to get so I'm fairly chuffed to get them.

Here's the sellers description.

"Skyway TA Old School BMX 20" forks in chrome. These are original Skyway TA forks with Skyway stamped into the dropout knurling. The forks have a crack in each dropout going from the cut out to the axle slot. The chrome on one leg is flaking off the crown bend and there may be a crack between the fork leg and steer tube. The threads are fine and do not appear to be bent. The forks are made with 4130 chromoly airfoil shape tubing. originally purchased in 1983."
