Euro BB conversion

New to the Old Skool type frames with US bb's and as I've got lots of Euro bb cranks, etc. was wondering if there's an obvious conversion so that Euro bb's can be used in US bb'd bikes.  I see there's a Profile MTB conversion kit which seems to suggest it does what I want to do.  Has anyone tried it??   Humps
