in the time i've been back i think new school bikes are getting a lot better. Colours are comming in and the drop-outs are much tidier ;)

new school bikes are not that bad, but i only keep riders and can't see myself hoarding too many of them.

I like the look of old school bikes but I cant ride them at all anymore. Too small, the bars are all wrong and the flex is terrible.

I love my borning black, scratched and beaten up Standard, its 4 years old and has done more races than any other bike I've owned in the last 23/24 years. It's light as a feather and the drop outs are lovley thank you. It can cope with the park and dirt as well as any race track you throw at it. It also cost more than you'd believe so its in disguise as a piece of crap, it wount get nicked by the pikies then...

It's all BMX, but evolution happens for a reason, old school is great , mid school is fine and new school is where it's at.

I also ride my bikes a hell of a lot more than I polish them.

All you have to do is build your NS bike with some OS parts, how about some well used Comp II gumwalls on a 2000 frame?
I have more bits added to it since this pic was taken last summer,I just need brakes/seat/grips/chain & she's done. :D

old school parts on a new school frame  ::) has anyone seen this yet   ::)  :2funny:

Well done Zed. :daumenhoch:
