Help Identify My bikes Serial No.?

I've gone a bit posting mad tonight but i am curious to find out if anyone out there could help me to fully identify my bike as i would like to know for sure exactly what i have. I have what i believe is a Mongoose Californian but i have a feeling that it could also be an Expert, the serial no. is M3 - E0818 if this is of any help to anyone. There are also pics of it on bmxmuseum.com under the same name modpimp. Cheers !
