The coins I have collected in my till over the years amazes me, I must have a box with about a hundred mixed coins in it that the girls have taken over the years! Mostly pesatas but a few little gems including a florin. :shocked:

i found a roman coin in a flower bed once and took it to a coin dealer and he said it was a fake. Cheers i said and dropped it into the next flower bed i walked past, and so it goes on, i expect that dealer sees that same coin about once a month :buck2:

If it was as you say a cheap forgery then It still has a minting error & if I was to know, I would have listed it as such & if it is ,it's a bloody good 1 because the paint dosn't come off like some lead painted 1's I saw 10 or so years ago.
