what botom brackets and cranks are needed 4 an aero reflex?

hi i need 2 know what ballbearings and botom barckets r needed for an aero reflex. i have just got a frame so i need info. :P chhers :D :) ;D

just ask for a standard us bb bearing set.for a bmx 1 pc crank .
if thats what you are going to use.
