20 x 1 3/8ths Rims - will 1 1/8th Tyres fit?

I know this has been asked before and I tried finding the thread but can't  :LolLolLolLol:

Will 20 x 1 3/8th rims will take both 1 3/8ths and 1 1/8ths tyres?

How skinny do 1 1/8th come up and do they look odd on the wider rims?

Good question which I'd like confirmation on too
From my understanding  1 1/8th Tyres will not fit 20 x 1 3/8ths wheels as 20 x 1 3/8ths are (451mm) a little bigger then 1 1/8th Tyres
Correct me if I'm wrong or if someone has managed to squeeze some on some 20 x 1 3/8ths wheels

as far as i know you can fit 20x1/3/8 on 20x1/8 rims but not the other way round :-\
