ive been looking at the picture of the statts and its hard to say by looking, but I have never seen ad990 lugs on top like that before but they dont look far enough down for v brakes, sorry but that is no help at all is it :)

Staats do a dirt jumping frame that has 990 mounts on chainstays.

thats all they do.
