Help, I wanna get rid of a Suntour Coaster !

them coasters rock. a bit heavy, but you can skid like feck.

does the whole gubbins remain on the hub? because if it stays more or less the same, but then has a freewheel instead of a cog, it will just get heavier? or not ???
