trying to set up an oddysey evolver.
(1/1)
2020mad:
Hi , i am struggling to get front evolver to work on my bike, the back i have set up fine, same rims and pads just wont work?, ideas please.
Stodgy:
Are you using the standard brake pads?
If so, change them for dia-compe Hombre pads and you'll transform the stopping power - it worked for me.
Alternatively, let Fuzzynod set them up and he'll have your kidneys out with a flick of the brake!
2020mad:
using oddy 4by2's. :-\
Dingobmxer:
try sanding the paint off the brake posts, not the main post so much but the bottom flat bit where the back of the brake pivot sits as I have had problems with Oddys before dragging on this which wrecks the stopping power
hope this helps
:) DINGO :)
dordymush:
chuck the brake martin and stick ya foot in there mate ;D.
