There is a VCD (Changa I think) riding around Oxford. It used to belong to a guy who is now a doorman (bouncer) at a club in town. I have seen the bike many times over many years. Funnly enough, me running towards the kid riding it, shouting "oy, mate, stop, hang-on" never seems to do the trick and Ive never caught up with him.
