MRD stem pad information needed

Anybody got any pics of a genuine one? Were they plain or did they have anything printed on them? All the pics I have found of bikes with them fitted have no plates on so I cannot tell.

ORB:
My one was White with the same print on it as the head tube decal.

Frosty:
Here's a pic of the Orb's one he kindly flogged to me a year or so ago.
