i cant work out if its paint ? or decals ? if its paint it would have taken ages to do  :buck2:

The guy who's bike it is, is a graphic designer type bloke. He went on to do the art work on the ramps at a big street comp and painted them in the same style. They looked great, like all the steps, blocks and ledges at the street comp were tiled.
