freewheel removal

Which way does a freewheel screw on ?
Is it a normal righ thand thread ie turn clockwise to screw on and anticlockwise to remove ?

normal thread mate

the force of pedalling against it tightens it

a freewheel tool is handy here

or a vice, if it's a sticker
