Take the bars off, fill a sink with hot water and stick the grip in. After a few seconds, peel back the flange of the grip to let some hot water in. Keep doing this until you can twist at least half the grip and then keep twisting until it slips off.

Cleans your grips at the same time  :daumenhoch:

i usually try the hot water thing, but the missues got stressed out last time i did that, maybe I should take the washing up out of the bowl first !!  :LolLolLolLol:

Halfords brake cleaner to fit. Works a treat.
To remove take bike to petrol station.
Jam the compressed air gun for inflating car tyres in the end of the grip (will make a hole so not good on expensive grips) and then full throttle on the air gun.
The grip on the other end normally flies off like a bullet!!
Quite entertaining!
