Spoke length help please.

Haro82:
Can anyone tell me what length spokes I will need to build my wheels.  I am building some 20x1.75 Arayas with GT hubs and I've got some 16mm nipples  :P   and I thought I'd have a bash at it myself.

And can anyone recommend the best place to get some nice shiny ones  :daumenhoch:
